This website and associated materials are owned by ORO YOGA. You may not distribute, adapt, or create derivative works for commercial purposes without the express written consent of ORO YOGA. 

INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold ORO YOGA/ROCK YOGA COLLECTIVE and its affiliates, employees, partners, and officers harmless from any claim made by a third party due to any content you post, submit, or upload through oroyogasphere.com. 

GOVERNING LAW AND CONSENT TO JURISDICTION 
By accessing this site you agree these terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, USA. You agree to consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Nevada in any dispute concerning any provision of this Agreement. 

PARTICIPANT LIABILITY AND RELEASE WAIVER 
By voluntarily participating in any ORO YOGA/ROCK YOGA COLLECTIVE, training, workshop, or other service I agree to the participant terms of this agreement including the acknowledgements below: 

As a participant in yoga classes, programs, workshops, online materials, and events offered by ORO YOGA/ROCK YOGA COLLECTIVE during which I will receive information and suggestions about yoga, health, and fitness; I recognize that the activities I participate in at ORO YOGA/ROCK YOGA COLLECTIVE require physical exertion which may be strenuous and may cause aggravated physical injury, and I am fully aware of and willingly assume the risk and hazards involved. 

I understand that it is my sole responsibility to consult with a physician prior to my participation in any of the classes, programs, workshops, online materials, and events at ORO YOGA/ROCK YOGA COLLECTIVE. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and have no medical condition which would prevent my full participation in these activities. 

In consideration of being permitted to participate in any of the classes, programs, workshops, and events at ORO YOGA/ROCK YOGA COLLECTIVE, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risk, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participation in the activity. I agree to inform my instructors of any physical limitations, discomfort and or injuries before or during classes and I take full responsibility for my own actions and my own limitations. 

In further consideration of being permitted to participate in any of the classes, programs, workshops, and events at ORO YOGA/ROCK YOGA COLLECTIVE, I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive, renounce and disclaim any claim I have or may have against ORO YOGA/ROCK YOGA COLLECTIVE, its instructors, contractors, directors, partners, owners, and employees for loss, theft or damage of any personal property from the ORO YOGA/ROCK YOGA COLLECTIVE premises, for injuries or damages that I may sustain within the ORO YOGA/ROCK YOGA COLLECTIVE facilities, and/or for injuries or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in the classes, programs, workshops, and events at ORO YOGA/ROCK YOGA COLLECTIVE. I forever release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue ORO YOGA/ROCK YOGA COLLECTIVE for any injury or death caused by their negligence or other acts that are not intended to harm me. 

PHOTO, IMAGE, CONTENT RELEASE 
Any submissions to this website or social media platforms in either text or image form may be reproduced by ORO YOGA/ROCK YOGA COLLECTIVE for use on this site. I grant to ORO YOGA/ROCK YOGA COLLECTIVE, its representatives and employees the right to take photographs and videos of me and my property in connection with my participation in ORO YOGA/ROCK YOGA COLLECTIVE classes and programs. I authorize ORO YOGA/ROCK YOGA COLLECTIVE, its assigns and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. I agree that ORO YOGA/ROCK YOGA COLLECTIVE may use such photographs and videos of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and Web content. I hereby waive the right to receive any payment for signing this release and waive the right to receive any payment for ORO YOGA/ROCK YOGA COLLECTIVE use of any of the material described above for any of the purposes authorized by this release.
